International scientific-and-educational seminar June, 14-20th, 2009 |

The seminar will be held during the period of June 14-20, 2009 in Prague and Vienna on the basis of the Czech Technical University and Vienna University of Technology. Within the seminar, the excursions around technical universities of Prague, Vienna, Austerliz are planned to be arranged. The EU's FP7 (2007-2013), with the budget more than 50 billion euro, gives researchers from Russia and CIS equal opportunities to participate in it . The FP7 covers almost all spheres of life, science and technology, in particular:
The seminar will provide the participants with the information on conditions and requirements of the European R&D programs for scientific, technological and academic cooperation, give them an opportunity to discuss the experience of RU/CIS/EU universities and research institutions. The Seminar will also give the participants an opportunity to discuss with European colleagues the ideas and objectives of new projects under preparation for the EU programs calls coming. Heads of leading universities of the Czech Republic and Austria, as well as the heads of National Contact Points of Czechia and Austria, and also heads of the leading research centres of Austria will make their speech at the Seminar. Rectors of Czech technical universities will visit the Seminar in Prague. Participants will be provided with methodic materials (in Russian and in English) and also with the Certificate of participation. Seminar working languages - English and Russian (simultaneous translation will be provided). The Seminar fee is for participants - € 490 for accompanying persons - € 390 The seminar fee covers the expenses for: seminar documentation, lease of premises and equipment, simultaneous translation, Prague-Vienna travel, excursion in Austerliz, excursion around Prague, excursion around Vienna, the organising committee work, telecommunication service, coffee-breaks (5), lunches (5), dinners (3). Registration deadline is May, 1st, 2009. After being registered, you will be sent a fee payment agreement. To the participants who make entry visas, book air tickets and hotels independently, we recommend to book the hotels: in Prague ones located around the Czech technical university, metro station Devitskaa area, in Vienna - around Vienna University of Technology, metro station Karlsplatz area. Participants who need assistance in getting visa, booking a hotel and transfer, are welcome to address the Seminar organising committee in May, 1st, 2009 the latest, by e-mail: aeer@list.ru or by fax: +7-3822-421479. In this case the Seminar fee increases in increments with € 135 for each person. The addresses of the Seminar venue in Prague and Vienna will be provided after registration.

To participate in the seminar, heads of higher educational institutions, scientific organisations, institutes of the Russian Academy of Sciences as well as departments of research, education and international cooperation of regional administrations, and also interested companies of Russia and CIS countries, are invited.
