Registration and Fees

The deadline for registration of participants from EU countries (except UK) is April 20, 2009.
The deadline for registration of participants from non EU countries (including UK, USA, Canada etc.) is March 15, 2009. The deadline is set in accordance with the length of visa process.

Alternatively, till May 1, 2009 you can get a tourist visa. Thereto, please, address our partners in Saint-Petersburg:

This fee includes participation in all events of the Summit and in all events of the Colloquium as shown above.

The Workshop fee includes participation in the Workshop, its printed materials, coffee breaks, lunch, and evening buffets (19 May).

This fee includes participation in the Workshop and in the Colloquium.
