10. LIQUIDATION AND REORGANIZATION OF THE ASSOCIATION

10.1. Reorganization and its liquidation are executed as established by the Civil law.

10.2. Reorganization and liquidation of the Association are effectuated by decision of the Convention if taken by the 2/3 majority of the present delegates. .

10.3. The Association may be liquidated by verdict of the court in case and order established by legislation. .

10.4. In case of liquidation of the Association, by approval of the agency, registering public associations, a liquidation committee is appointed. From the moment of its appointment, it assumes all powers in administering the Association's affairs.

The liquidation committee publishes announcement in official printed organ on the territory of the Association's location on the impending liquidation.

The liquidation committee evaluates the property of the Association, identifies its debtors and creditors and makes settlements with them, takes measures to pay the debts of the Association to the third parties, draws an interim liquidation balance and submits its to consideration of the Convention of the Association.

10.5. The property and funds remaining upon the liquidation of the Association after settlements with creditors, are used towards the tasks and objectives laid out in the Charter. Resolution on the use of the remaining property is published by the liquidation committee in press.

10.6. The Convention decision on liquidation of the Association is sent to the agency registering public associations to exclude the former from the state inventory of juridical persons.

10.7. Liquidation of the Association is considered completed, and the Association as terminated its existence upon an entry to this effect in the integrated state inventory of juridical persons.

10.8. The Association is considered as reorganized from the moment of state registration of the newly established organization.

10.9. The property of the Association after its reorganization is handed over to the newly established juridical persons in accordance with the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. .

10.10. The Association provides for account and security of documents of the staff and upon termination of the Association activity hands them over to the State Archives in the set order.
